Internet Access/Cuban Intranet

The OpenNet Initiative has a report describing the different reasons why Internet access is limited in Cuba, including information on the Cuban Intranet, laws and policies restricting internet access, the lack of fiber optic cable to Cuba, reverse filtering from the United States, and the high cost of computer equipment. This report is from 2007 but most of the information is still accurate.
